Will we give thanks to our 2007 Lions or...

Will we be giving thanks to our plucky Lions today or will they sink back into thier roles as the turkeys or the NFL?

I have fond memories of subpar Lions teams stepping up to win pivitol Thanksgiving day games in the past. A win today would be extremely uplifting. It's going to take a lot of great plays and more than a little luck.

We need a Thanksgiving miracle Charlie Brown.

we can do this! just need some otherwordly help...or have Favre start acting his age....or make sure the 6'5" guy is in there instead of the 5'10" guy when you're going to throw a jump ball against a 6'3" defender.

Anyone see that Roy Williams interview (wdfn, i think) where the interviewer asked him about whether he has any input with Martz, and his answer was that Kitna had some pull, but if Williams tried to suggest something, Martz pulls the "I've got 34 years of experience" card? I thought that was kind of sad....

Extra points for whoever has Hanson in their fantasy lineup...and three for the good guys.....now as long as it doesn't turn into a game like Michigan had against OSU, one good drive and nothing afterwards, it's a good start
