Just a little tidbit...
If the Lions give up 16 points to Green Bay on Sunday, they will move into second place all-time in the category of most points given up in a single season. The '66 Giants gave up 501 points and held the record until the Colts shattered it in 1981 by giving up 533 points. Giving up 16 to the Packers would give the Lions defense 502 for the season (they are currently at 486).
Worst case scenario, they give up 48 and then hold the record at 534. We all know that can't happen. What's that? They gave up 48 the last time they played them?
Anyone got the phone number to Guiness Book of World Records? Ford is looking to cash in here... heard his revenue was a bit light for '08!
