I'm drinking beer

and I will probably needs lot’s of it for this game.

My God, 0-16. I can’t really come up with the appropriate words to describe it. I sincerely hope they beat the Packers today (of course, I always hope the beat the Packers) and would really like to see a road win in GB.

If I can only wish for one thing for Christmas, a win today is it. I do not want the Lions to be the worst team of all time in the NFL. There are plenty of other teams 1-15. I could take that. JUST WIN, BABY!

The weather in Buffalo is nuts

http://blogs.nfl.com/2008/12/28/epic-conditions-at-ralph-wilson-stadium/

This is really screwing with my championship game for fantasy football. I have 4 running backs in that game but don’t know if I should start 1 or 2 or 3 of them. They won’t be able to pass it, but how effective will they be running it?

That's my problem. In the big game

but worried K Smith could dress and not end up playing a lot. I think Smith could eat GB alive today if he plays the whole game.

you know...

For all of you who play Madden ’09, do you realize that the Lions are the worst team in the game after the Roy Williams trade?

When you play “franchise” you not only no longer have Roy Williams, but you don’t have the Cowboys’ draft picks either… one positive, Jon Kitna is not on the roster anymore if you have the update rosters

Just isn't that common of a scenario

You have to have a fair catch in a decent spot on the field. Not positive, but it may also have to happen within a certain part of the half.

Marinelli must talk about dead puppies during the halftime speech

I just don’t see this team coming out anymore pumped in the 2nd half than they did in the first half

Definitely will write a story about this in the next couple days...

But Parcells apparently can opt out of his Dolphins contract, and although this is a pipe dream:

Among the teams sources say are on Parcells’ radar are the New York Jets, Detroit Lions, Cleveland Browns and the Oakland Raiders. However, if Parcells’ son-in-law, New England Patriots vice president Scott Pioli, is interested in any of those jobs, Parcells is unlikely to wind up with that team, Mortensen reported.

I can’t even imagine Parcells. That would be amazing.
