I wonder if Stanton is really hurt or if they're just keeping him inactive

so Culpepper can start and there won’t be calls for Stanton to take over during the game.

I think they don't want Stanton to get hurt

If he got in and took one hit, he could go down for good. I look at Michigan running back Sam McGuffie. He probably came back too quickly after his concussions and ended up with three this season.

I wish he wasn’t hurt, I was hoping to see him start the rest of the season along with avril to see their potential. From what I’ve seen I think Avril could be a starter, especially with a dominating end on the other side.

and every time stuart schweigert made a tackle on special teams I laughed my ass off. I think these guys should feel awesome just to be immortalized in video game form. Does this mean that I’ll be throwing to kerry colbert this week.

This is where Detroit always struggles

The field is too short for us to do anything worthwhile. Ugh. Another FG.

by Scott Mitchell's Right Arm on Dec 7, 2008 1:43 PM EST reply reply actions actions   0 recs

They just showed our red zone stats

We’re 2nd in the NFL with 67% TDs when we get down there

by LVLionfan on Dec 7, 2008 1:44 PM EST to parent up reply reply actions actions   0 recs

And how many of those touchdowns

have come at a worthwhile time in a game? There a stat for that?

They really need to put up some tds

in the red zone. 3 points a pop won’t cut it, especially if thay fold in the 2nd half as usual.
