Talking Baseball and SB Nation 2.0

Opening day for the Detroit Tigers is tomorrow, and it should come as no surprise that I am very excited for the start of the 2008 season.  I'm a fan of all Detroit sports teams, but the Tigers are right up at the top of my list next to the Lions.  This coming season brings never before seen excitement after offseason trades brought Edgar Renteria, Miguel Cabrera, and Dontrelle Willis to the Motor City.  I know it isn't exactly the smartest thing to expect your favorite team to win the World Series, but with such a loaded lineup, the Tigers certainly have a great chance.  Heck, if it weren't for so many question marks with regards to the bullpen, I would be setting aside time to watch the games in October right now.

Pride of Detroit hopefully will be converted to 2.0 in the coming weeks, so I will hold off on diving into its features until then.  It will come as a big change at first, but I guarantee that after a couple days you will all be in love with it.
