Stay connected for news and updates

Former Michigan offensive tackle Jake Long has reportedly agreed to a deal with the Dolphins that will make him the #1 overall pick in this weekend's NFL Draft.

Michigan offensive lineman Jake Long and the Miami Dolphins have agreed to terms on a six-year deal, FOXSports.com has learned. The deal, to be voided after five years, is worth $30 million guaranteed and has a total value of $57 million over five years.

Congratulations to Jake on becoming the this year's top pick.  As a Michigan fan, I am obviously happy with this development as Jake is very deserving of this honor.  Plus, it makes Michigan look good when one of their former players is drafted #1 overall.
