PrintThe Lions' 2008 preseason schedule was released earlier today, and it features the same exact opponents as the 2007 preseason.
The Detroit Lions will open their 2008 preseason at Ford Field against the Indianapolis Colts during the NFL’s Preseason Week 1 (August 7-11). The Lions then travel to Cincinnati in Preseason Week 2 (August 14-18), host Cleveland in Preseason Week 3 (August 21-25) and finish the team’s four-game preparation for the 2008 season at Buffalo in Preseason Week 4 (August 28-29).
This is the 7th straight season the Browns and Lions have played in the preseason, and also this is the 7th straight year the Bills and Lions have closed out each other's preseason schedule.
