Sanchez
Just saw on ESPN that Sanchez is coming out. Anyone got link with confirmation?

That changes my opinions
My mind keeps spinning over this one. I don’t want Stafford and Sanchez seems too high at #1. If it really was Stafford and Bradford at the top of this draft this may improve our chances to trade back. You could make cases for Seattle, Kansas City and St. Louis looking to go QB # 1. Hasselback and Bulger have fallen off and we will have to see if Pioli is willing to bank on Thigpen or find his own guy.

Thigpen was a fantasy beast the last half or so of the season
Good question about whether Pioli is comfortable with him, though.

But the chance to return and lead Oklahoma to its first national championship since 2000 and direct the Sooners to an unprecedented fourth straight Big 12 title helped lure him back.
Or maybe, he just didn’t want to get drafted by the Lions….or is that my Lions fan paranoia talking?

the lack of QBs may be a good sign...
the pool of solid QBs in this draft is definitely dwindling….maybe it will allow us to trade down.

That is until next year, of course.
