Culture Change

Just outside looking in here guys, I think the Lions should let all but maybe one or two assistant coaches go.  I mean fire them.  They should not be around.  This team needs a culture change and it will not come if only the head coach is replaced.  My preference would have been for a total shake up of the front office as well.  I know Millen is gone, but the other guys were there in the front office with Millen.  Look at what Miami did last year.  They went from 1-15 to winning the division.  How did they do it?  Culture change.  There was a front office shake up - Parcells plus a new GM, and there was a new Head Coach and almost every assistant coach was replaced.  That should have been the blue print for the Lions from the start.
