I believe we will have the Thanksgiving game for a few more years yet
If we can’t, say, improve in the next 5 years then we may lose it, but if we as a team start to become competitive in the next few years than I don’t see us losing it.
2009 = The start of the Lions Golden Age (We hope).

i cant even imagine a scenario that does not have the Lions playing on Thanksgiving.
