If your bored of Mock Drafts..

Srry but here's a few more mock drafts i found

If Lions pick 3rd: http://cdsdraft.com/mocks/member-mocks/index.php?id=7144

If Lions pick 4th scenario: http://cdsdraft.com/mocks/member-mocks/index.php?id=7126

If Lions pick 5th: http://cdsdraft.com/mocks/member-mocks/index.php?id=7135

Another 5th pick scenario: http://cdsdraft.com/mocks/member-mocks/index.php?id=7140

Personally i like the first scenario of the 5th pick. Lions get a solid DE, the O-Line we need to protect Stafford, and get some good CBs out of a Sims trade, and a future kicker.

Your Thoughts??

1st one sucks WR to soon and we have 2 5ths

2nd one just sucks all around

3rd one to much on the O-line i used to be on the fox train but feil off he is aTE moved to LT they dont do so hot at the higher levels

4th is i had to pick one that would be it.. i dont like how wew have back to back o line rather that 3rd pick be a DE or CB

Just Remember matt... what would Daunte do??

If they could change

that 2nd rd pick to a good DT if available i think that first 5th rd mock would be a solid draft

by LionsPistonsFan on Dec 11, 2009 1:27 PM EST up reply actions

DT has to be first pick...

both guys now are really old. Let’s get some young studs in there.
Next I’d like a DE to replace Hunter. Then a good CB, and finally an OL. BPA in late rds…

Just livin' the dream...

These seem really inaccurate in the later rounds

Toby Gerhart and Donovan Warren both in the fourth? Doubt it. Warren is leaning toward going pro, meaning he must be hearing positive things about where he’d go. And Gerhart seems a lot better than a fourth-round pick.

I like the 4th pick scenario.....

I’d crap gold bricks if we got Okung and Haden was still available in the 2nd round…..but the later round picks seem sketchy at best (not a great mock in my opinion….I stay away from anything CBS in relation to the draft).

However, if we drafted Okung with our first pick, I would much rather see the Lions get a DT in round 2.

I also like the 2nd scenario for pick 5, but I do not care much for Gerald McCoy. I think he is overrated, and he lacks both size and strength. Plus I have my doubts that Iupati will be there in round 2 and the rest of the picks listed are also sketchy.

I like the 4th also.

At least the first 2 picks. That would be nice.
But in the 3rd I would like to see a DT drafted. After that I believe it would be back to best available. Really don’t see a need for a RB until the o-line is fixed.

Joe Haden might not be there

at the #5 overall….

Dude who made that mock smokes some strong PCP.

Lacking size and strength

Isn’t that perfect for a Tampa 2 defense?!?!

by ImPuLsE on Dec 13, 2009 2:40 AM EST up reply actions

4th!!!!!!!!!!!

If we cant get suh we need Okung. OT is our biggest need but we cannot pass on suh but if he is gone we must get Okung.

They all don't turn me over to much

I voted for 4th, mainly because I believe we need to take a CB high.

I voted for the first option of picking 5th..

But there are a ton of things that I doubt about them all:

P. Cox in the 3rd. No way hes there.
T. Gerhart in the 4th No way hes there
J. Arenas 4th No way hes there

And possibly the most rediculous. Danario Alexander in the 5th!!! Are you kidding me? The guy is gone in the first day, absolutly 100% sure of it!

Also, since I am a homer….if Antonio Brown lasts to the 6th round like one of them says…there will be 31 teams kicking themselves in the ass! (I do think Bryan Anderson is a better pro prospect though)

I voted for 5th pick..option one..

although I dont like a few of the picks. I like the overall theme of that draft. Which is alot of defensive help. And a focus on the o-line.

Repalce Morgan with Dunlap. I dont see Morgam going that high. or even Wootton( now that he is healthy).

if the shoe fits...get another one just like it - George Carlin

I meant to say that I think Dunlap or Wooten will go before Morgan

Why is everyone writing off Eric Berry? If we don’t get Suh or Okung, I would rather have Berry than McCoy.

by Grahamophone on Dec 14, 2009 12:50 AM EST reply actions

Me too

I haven’t written off Berry. He’s still in my top 3. Gerald McCoy isn’t in my top 100.

What? He can’t block a dead gopher? Humph, details.

by GRLion on Dec 14, 2009 11:37 AM EST up reply actions

I would take Berry over McCoy as well

But he still has not declared eligible for the draft, and I want Okung if we can’t get Suh.

by KDawg on Dec 14, 2009 3:02 PM EST up reply actions

I really like Berry...

but build the lines first. If not Suh, then Okung

HAHA

bored thats all we have as lions fans its our super bowl

by timmy20 on Dec 14, 2009 7:35 PM EST reply actions

4th pick...

if i had to pick one. Maybe because I’m from Florida and have watched them all year. Dunlap is a big fast DE. Joe haden is not afraid to step up and make tackles despite his size. Try to fit those in there somewhere. I’m still a big Suh fan though. Lose for Suh!!! LOL
