But realized that it was his fiance…so, if she felt threatened and sped away…there might not be charges

on ESPN radio that Chris Henry passed away from his injuries this morning. Very sad news.

Very Sad

And whether the fiance was driving away because she “felt threatened” or not, the fact of the matter remains that a death was caused from an incident that occurred while she was operating a motor vehicle. It does not matter what her intent was, or if it was his fault for jumping into the back of the truck…..he died. That is involuntary manslaughter all day, and it may even be negligent homicide depending on if they can prove that she was angry or not.
