Week 13 Trivia (ANSWER)
Dear POD'ers:
This week all the talk has been focused on Staff's injury and whether or not to shelf him for a game, 2 games, rest of the season or play him despite his injured shoulder. That got me to thinking about memorable Lions injuries. We cannot forget Reggie or Utley for sure or the fact that Charlie Batch ALWAYS seemed to be playing hurt. I remember Mike Cofer playing with a cast on his hand. The injury I remember most (on Thanksgiving I think) was when Barry injured his leg.
ANSWER: Of course Barry had 1,000 yards, in fact he had over 1,100 yards when he was injured in 1993.

Easy one!
Here’s a harder one: Who would win in a fight between Barry Sanders, Ditka, and God…(apologies to that old SNL skit!)
I’m thinking Barry because he could hit one, and run like The Flash and hit the other before they knew it was coming…
Just livin' the dream...
LOL
I have to go to church this Sunday so I’m voting God

Baseball died in 1994.
Apparently you never got the message. Please refrain from any future baseball posts on this site.

I believe that Barry had 1000+ every year of his career...
I didn’t look it up first either. So I could be wrong.
Here's my trivia question
who is the only player in MLB history to have 500 or more hits with 4 different clubs?
KDawg
with the deuce. Although for a time, Le Grande Orange’s Houston team was known as the Colt .45s.
