Leigh Bodden won't return to Lions | The Detroit News
This isn't surprising, but it sucks that Bodden didn't work out. More tomorrow.

I think...
…this is a bad move. He may not have been amazing, but he made plays. Was one of the only guys to create turnovers as well.

Um turnovers?
He had one int… ok maybe you could say that considering that our secondary had only two in all.
I’m not sure about this move, he was a solid player before, in the wrong system here. But I guess after you finish 0-16 you should not be upset about any guy leaving.

0-16 or 1-15
This is the exact move I would have done. He single handedly lost our last game against GB. He will always be remembered as that. 2 big plays he gave up. He doesnt belong here where your heart is needed not just that you make the roster. The guy was always out of position. It was unbelivable to me. Some guys want to move on, he showed where he wanted to be last year, and that is not a LION……

I agree that the Lions...
should have cut him based on the outrageous bonus due. But honestly, I would have liked to see what he could do in a different defense with a different coaching staff. It wouldn’t surprise me if he went to another team and did really well. He is better than he showed with Detroit.

I think the cut means that he would not fit into the style of D we are gonna start seeing this year.
