The Lions have re-signed backup tackle George Foster and another free-agent lineman, guard/center Dylan Gandy, a four-year NFL veteran who spent last season with Denver and Oakland. Foster, 28, played in four games for the Lions last season, making three starts. Gandy, 27, played his first three seasons in Indianapolis. Both players agreed to one-year deals.
