Jon Gruden joins Monday Night Football team, replacing Tony Kornheiser - ESPN
Gruden was great on NFL Network's coverage of the draft, so he should be much better than Kornheiser.

I guess they're trying to make up for the Millen mistake.
I hated Kornhozer in that position, he got Jimmy Kimmel banned for being honest.
He is better suited for Canadien football.

I like Kornheiser, just not in the MNF booth
An I won’t be watching any show that has Millen in it. So there goes the MNF pre-game, half-time show and recaps. if he makes an appearance during the bradcast, I’ll change friggin’ channel. :)
Gruden should do ok in the booth. he’s a great football guy, has credibility, unlike Millen, and also has a dark sense of humor. Good guy all around for the job.

Interested in seeing what Gruden brings to the booth…..
Much more interested in reading Sean’s post about today’s first practices in the Lion’s offseason program. The rooks and the vets will meet for the first time today, and i am excited to read about how it goes.
Kornhieser wasn't fired
He choose to leave because of a fear of flying. I guess they weren’t willing to give him the same treatment that Madden got from NBC.
