Class Guy, World Class Athlete
Sad Story. See what psycho bitches can do? My second wife tried to stick scissors in my chest and I grabbed her arm and took them away. I got arrested for domestic violence. Watch out for ALL women. You may not think it now, but they all turn out to be psychos. You’ll see. Just ask Steve McNair. RIP Good Man.

That sounds pretty anti-women.
Even though men and women are both just as capable of attempting to do violent things, there are a lot more violent crimes committed by males than by females each year:
Most victims and perpetrators in homicides are male:
Male offender / Male victim 65.3%
Male offender / Female victim 22.7%
Female offender / Male victim 9.6%
Female offender / Female victim 2.4%

You kinda helped with his point, actually. Dylan415 was assualted, but he was the one arrested. That 9.6% should be over 20%, reallistically

There is also two sides to every story
And any man who says that he has never once been manipulated, in one way or another (not including manually), by a woman is a liar.

You may want to change your word from ‘committed’ to ‘reported’. That might make your DOJ stats appear accurate. And Thanks Jazzy and Dawg for your posts.

nah, they're accurate.
As I said, both men and women are capable of doing violent things. But there are more violent men per capita than violent women. There are abusive and manipulative people of both sexes.
For example, look at that 65.3% male offender / male victim. Instances where there is no female involved as either the offender or the victim account for almost two-thirds of all homicides in the USA. Instances where there is no male in either role, with female offender and a female victim, account for only 2.4%.
Even if you applied an “always blame the woman” mentality, and supposed that every single male-female or female-male homocide was somehow the woman’s fault, with no exceptions, you’d still end up with only just over 1/3 of all homocides. And, if you’re a guy, you’d still be more than twice as likely to be killed by another guy in this country.
Homicides are a lot more clear-cut than cases of alleged assault too. There’s an actual death involved and not just a dispute that could have turned violent. Also, in cases when it really is self-defense, since one person is dead and can’t share their side of the story, it shouldn’t be too hard for the other party to prove his or her innocence, if they are innocent.
If I can amend JazzyBBP’s uncle’s saying just a little bit, “If it has tits, tires, or testicles, it’ll give you problems”.

You must be female n4
If a man punches, kicks, grabs, pushes a woman, OR vice versa, it is a crime. But open your mind a bit and think about how many of the crimes go unreported when a woman assults a man. I’d bet it’s astronomical.

no, I'm a guy
but I can’t think of a reason why the number of unreported incidents of violence would be predominantly caused by females, especially when the number of reported incidents are so much more often caused by males.
Tens of thousands of reported homicides over a long period of time is a very large sample set to use in trying to guess the male-female breakdown of unreported instances. The margin of error would be very small in trying to guess how many unrecorded incidents are male-caused versus female-caused based on how many recorded instances the DOJ stats actually have.
Take car accidents, for example. Everybody knows, and the statistics confirm, that the most dangerous drivers (among age groups), those most likely to cause an accident, are the youngest and the oldest. Teenagers and the very elderly.
Now, I’ve only been in one car accident in my life, nobody was hurt, but a guy ran a stopsign and hit me. He was at fault, and he got cited by the cop. The guy looked like he was in his late forties, maybe 50, average dude. I was 17 at the time.
If I said “watch out for middle-aged drivers because they’ll run into you”, my assumptions would actually be very inaccurate. Middle-aged drivers account for fewer accidents than teenagers. My experience was the exception, the minority.
“watch out for middle-aged drivers because they’ll run into you” is like saying “watch out for women because they’ll kill you”, when in fact more killings are caused by men than by women.

My first, and main point was, be careful of women, they’re psychos. Maybe you should write for Ms. Magazine.

oh, I agree women can be psychos
so can non-women :-)
I haven’t heard of Ms Magazine though.
