that is what makes the difference , and if the players buy into what you say , I think the greatest sign of improvement is we are not married to some failure of a system that doesn’t work and can be fiqured out by the opposing team about half way through the second quarter……we have a plan , and if that doesn’t work , well by god they seem to have several backup plans and I think our new personal reflect that ….thank god for coaches that finally have some brains for a change and are not pussies ….they are not afraid to get rid of idiots and dead weight and when they do , we seem to have good upper management that is not replacing them with more idiots ,,…..GREAT JOB IN THE OFF SEASON REBUILDING A FAILED TEAM ….I played at the college level and I will tell you this , these guy seem to be in great shape and if they are , we will do something we haven't done since barry sanders days ...WIN GAMES IN THE FOURTH QUARTER...how many times have we lost because the gas tank is empty ??? we don't have an entire team of shaun rogers anymore .... we havereal coaches , real in shape players and upper management that may not have made every right move , but has yet to pull a major fed up deal .....I take that and see what happens
