Michigan State upset by Central Michigan!!!

Ohhhhhh!!!  What a game!!  Dan LeFavour is the real deal, and The Sparties shot themselves in the foot today!  I bet there was nobody predicting that to happen.  In fact, I was listening to 107.3 The Ball today, and everyone was saying that State would win BIG!  Some were saying 34-17 State, some said 44-17 State.....but none were correct.  The Chippewas come away with a BIG WIN after failing to convert a go ahead 2 point conversion, successfully recovering an onside kick, and then getting an extra 5 yards on a offsides against Michigan State.  Aguila kicks a 42 yarder, Central squibs the kick with 3 seconds left.....it hits a front line State player, bounces off, and THE KICKER recovers!!!  Central WINS!!!  LMMFAO!!!!!

GO BLUE!!!!

FIRE UP CHIPS!

Sweeeeeeeet go mac go! Rev, why the hell is Millen o ABC doing the michigan game? I would rather have Brett Musburger and his Notre Dumb lopsided favoritism than the HATED 1 being shoved down our throughts.Shouldn’t he be doing a OSU/USC game tonight or any SEC ACC game just so we don’t have to see him.

by davis0169 on Sep 12, 2009 4:44 PM EDT up reply actions

Jesus....

Millen was saying he thought the Notre Dame RB did not go out of bounds…..what is his problem? And now he has his announcer buddy agreeing with him! Just shut up Millen!

State Game Sucked.....

………I cant believe we lost to Central?…..Oh well……just a bump in the road……Just a preseason game anyway…..Real games start once big 10 season starts.

by BennieBladesFan on Sep 12, 2009 4:37 PM EDT reply actions

The kind of loss we needed......

……..The backs are all young and we will struggle to run this year…….next years recruiting class is looking like once of the best in years…..So at least things are going in the right direction.

by BennieBladesFan on Sep 12, 2009 4:42 PM EDT up reply actions

State didn't look too bad.....

And they could still win the BIG 10…..but now I think there is a big shadow over that idea.

by KDawg on Sep 12, 2009 4:44 PM EDT up reply actions

State owns ND.....

…..so we should beat them next week at least.

by BennieBladesFan on Sep 12, 2009 4:37 PM EDT reply actions

Kdawg.....

…..when did you go to u of m?…..or are you currently going?

by BennieBladesFan on Sep 12, 2009 4:40 PM EDT reply actions

Just a life long fan......like the Lions.....

I had dreams of going to U of M once upon a time (to play baseball), but I injured my arm in high school and couldn’t throw as hard after that. When the time came to decide on what school to go to, I decided I wanted to fly airplanes since I didn’t feel like I would make the baseball team. That’s when I decided to go to NMC.

by KDawg on Sep 12, 2009 4:43 PM EDT up reply actions

Then I transferred to Alma

and the later graduated from Colorado Technical University.

My teams are the Lions and the Pats(AFC). I am a big fan of Brady so I root for the Patriots which doesnt hurt my Lions dedication. I used to eat sleep and breath Lions until the Joey Harrington Era. Noww I am slowly regaining my confidence

I can think of a few that come off the top of my head.

Marcus allen, Bo knows college football, Hershall walker, Charles woodson, Although I hate him Tim tebow has had an awesome coll career,I wont put Barry on that list cause he had to sit for 2 years behind Thurmo thomas.

by davis0169 on Sep 12, 2009 5:02 PM EDT reply actions

Single season I mean

Woodson had stats in about every known category in 1997 I could dig it up if you would like at halftime

are we talking offence or D-fence? or both

cause Nebraska has had a ton o talent go through those doors that never panned out as professionalls. who was that RB about 5 years ago he got drafted by the rams and never did a thing as a pro. Tommy Frazier?

by Yardpenalty.com on Sep 12, 2009 5:05 PM EDT reply actions

Any takers on Mike Rosier

at least as a RB in college, or and i’m going to regret this one Rickie Williams. QB’s I’d say Vinnie testicle WR: I’m bias here there is only 1 #1 for me and thats Anthony Carter. Go Blue! D-fence’s have had a ton of players through out the years. My fav as a defender is Woodson no questions asked.
