Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz wouldn't get pinned down on the exact injury -- or how long he might be out -- but it appears outside linebacker Ernie Sims could miss several weeks. Schwartz said the injury was "significant'' but wouldn't elaborate.
Things happen for a reason. I don't think this will hurt the Lions at all, but actually help them in the long run. Either Dizon or Levy are both capable of filling his shoes.
