Talk about starting early. Jim must like these guys... clearly for depth and potential and the future battle in training camp. It will be interesting to see the cuts as time goes by. It's early. The excitement begins now in the off season to make the Lions better!

Happy about the first 3

I liked the play of all three of them, and was sad when they cut Word-Daniels. He’s a good special teams player from what I saw.

I like Word Daniels

He may have a shot next year. Maybe T Taylor will develop to start with Hill if we can’t get Suh or at the least he could be a solid rotation guy. I also thought the DB we picked up on waivers from Dallas Deangelo Smith played all right for us and I would like to see him back next year. Gronko is a beast I hope he makes the team next year!

I like every one of the guys signed...

Watch for there to be about 9 guys cut within the next week or so as well. This team is getting turned around no matter what anybody says. I can’t wait until the draft comes.
