PFF Game Review: Detroit vs. Washington

Once again I will link you to the ProFootballFocus game review for the Lions. I think the short summary they provide here is pretty much what those of you who live in the US saw, and the rest of us heard or read.

This site seems to give Cliff Avril a lot of love, even though he does not have the big sack numbers [three to date] that I know a lot are expecting. His constant pressure from the outside seems to be helping Suh pick up some sacks, when I think most of us were expecting to see the opposite. Cliff's play against the run seems to be much improved and he looks to be taking the leap forward that most, including himself, were counting on.

If anyone actually paid for the PFF Premium service it would be nice to hear how the Lions are doing on their ratings versus the rest of the league. The Lions had no players in their Pro Bowl Preview article. That may change.
