What a coincidence
The day after the Vikings get rid of Moss, Sidney Rice is cleared to practice.
Moss was soooo used. Of course the way he handles himself he made it all to easy for them. They spent 1.6 million for the month of October to open up the lanes for Percy Harvin so that they could have a stop-gap till Rice was ready. Favre is of course okay with it because he loves what Rice brings to the table (without the tude)

Yep, I saw the news conference earlier today with Childress and Farve.
It screamed of thanks for your time Mr. Moss, but your services are no longer needed because Sydney will be back today. You are correct, Moss made it easy with his attitude and drama performance. The fortunite thing for the Lions is his part time job only garnered the Vikes 1 win in 4 games. They are still a team in a spiral.
One reporter was almost appauled that Childress let Moss go. He was ranting to Childress about how he could let a go that was finally opening up the offense, but Childress wouldn’t talk about why he let him go. Just that it didn’t work out. That guy is such a tool.
The Vikes are still the losers in all this
3rd round pick (seemingly a high one) for virtually nothing.
Moss got screwed
Vikings got screwed, Favre is already screwed. LET THE SCREWING CONTINUE!………hmm, you know what I mean

IMO Moss is over rated anyways
He does not go over the middle, he does not run but maybe 3 routes, he constantly improvises away from the playbook which causes costly errors, he gives up on many plays or takes them off completely, he does not run block, he mouth runs without thought of consequence, and he is willing to hurt his team to satisfy his own ego and desires.
With all of those negatives I could care less if he runs the best 9 route in the history of football. Or if he is a great mentor to a younger player. That is the only two positives I have for him with a whole list of negatives.
I would much rather have Sydney Rice or Percy Harvin than Moss. Hell I would rather have Greg Camarillo. My only disappointment is that he did not end up on the Bengals or Cowboys. The entertainment value would have been legendary. Hm come to think of it, the Raiders, 49ers, or Seahawks would have been quite an amusing show too. Maybe the Bears would have been the best of all to see. So many better options to watch him implode another team.
