Lions vs. Bears: Megatron's Curse

Stay connected for news and updates

I came across this video clip that perfectly explains how Sunday's game will go:

If ever there were a must win for the Lions' "Moral Victory Season of 2010", it would be this one. Down to their third string QB, they will take on the Bears after having victory stolen from them in a week one that also wrecked their season. Chicago is showing signs of dominance as of late, and coming off of an absolutely terrible Alphonso Smith game last week, we must stop Jay Cutler (9 TD's, 3 INTs in the last 4 games).

Sounds like a recipe for disaster, right?

The Lions are going to stand up and win this one. Drew Stanton may not impress (16 of 29 for 197 yards, 2 TDs, 2 INTs, 1 FL) but the running back by committee squad, led by Maurice Morris, will hold the game together. The crowd is gonna be there, and the defense will be led by Alphonso Smith, who will get back into the graces of Jim Schwartz with a 2 INT game.

The Lions will win this game, if only because they have to. If we lose here today, I will truly have to reconsider where we stand on this corner of turning.

GO LIONS!
