Who Powered Through: Thursday Injury Report
Lions running back Jahvid Best returned to practice on Thursday after taking a day off to rest his toe injury. Gosder Cherilus was absent, however. He is still recovering from a knee injury that he suffered on Thanksgiving. The injury limited him last week during practice, but he played against Chicago. Once again this week, it's expected he will play after being very limited in practice.
In other injury news, Shaun Hill, Matthew Stafford and Derrick Williams also did not practice. Best, Calvin Johnson, Cliff Avril, DeAndre Levy and Isaiah Ekejiuba were limited, whereas Nate Burleson fully participated (he is dealing with a hamstring injury).
For the Packers, Korey Hall and Cullen Jenkins missed practice and are out this week. Anthony Smith and Patrick Lee also missed practice, but their status for Sunday is to be determined. Chad Clifton, Ryan Pickett, Clay Mathews, Charles Woodson, Nick Collins and Atari Bigby were limited, whereas Donald Driver and Brett Swain both participated on Thursday.

Cannot play with them. Cannot win with them. Cannot coach with them. Can't do it. I want winners. I want people that want to win. - Mike Singletary

maybe if Rodgers, Matthews, Jennings, and Woodson can all some how take the wrong turn at albuquerque Sunday morning…
forget it, they would just run the ball down our throats again…is it time for the draft yet?
