Stallworth

Has anyone heard anything about Donte Stallworth and his workout? Did he, in fact, work out for the Lions staff (the last I heard it was unconfirmed)? Do we know anything about how it went? I am sure if he had left with a contract we would have heard, but we heard when Pacman Jones left Cincy without a contract so I have been surprised to have heard absolutely nothing about this Sean's post on the 11th.

I think he’ll be headed elsewhere, Bengals for example.

Donté

isn’t really getting a TON of offers. There are only about 5 teams or so interested from what I’ve read. He’s trying to garner interest from a team that’s going to win but keep in mind Donté was a 1st round pick by the Saints who has never really performed anywhere and comes with some off the field baggage. I honestly think he would be a great addition to the team, and he’ll come in cheap probably for a 1 year deal. Don’t be surprised if he does end up in Detroit or St. Louis.
