• The Lions' offseason workout program began yesterday.
• Detroit checked out the pro days at Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State last week.
• Jim Schwartz doesn't think Gerald McCoy's bench press performance at the combine is alarming, but he did say that it's "information."
• Schwartz poked a little fun at Zack Follett's visit with real lions.
• Shaun Hill is excited to join the Lions.
• Caleb Campbell talked about his journey back to the NFL with GoBlackKnights.com.
• Kyle Vanden Bosch and some of his new teammates went to the Red Wings-Predators game a couple weeks ago.
• Vanden Bosch, who played college football at Nebraska, thinks Ndamukong Suh is the "best defensive tackle" he's ever seen in college.
• Vanden Bosch was interviewed on WDFN after signing with the Lions.
• You can bid on a signed Vanden Bosch Fathead until later today.  The proceeds of the auction will go to charity.
