MY 7 round draft (as of today)
This site wasnt really updated to some recent trades,so some of the picks in later rounds will have wrong team (4-5 picks) and for some reason this site left a few guys off its list to choose from (Freddie Barnes WR,Stevie Brown S) guys that will be drafted some where between rounds 4-7. I went with team needs, and reasonable draft choices.I didnt move one guy up/down , to give the Lions a better guy. Let the beat down begin.
I know people will say ,"i shouldve picked this guy here, moved that guy there" If this draft i put together, was correct pick for pick (or close) how would you feel.

Warren in round 3? I know he’s from Michigan and everything but I saw several players you had going after him I’d much rather have…Major Wright, Chad Jones, Corey Wooten, John Jerry. I didn’t look past round 3 but you did a solid job from what I saw. Some people like Warren, I don’t

if im reading the correct mock...
….you have the lions drafting 2 safties and two runningbacks???
Looks like it
2. Detroit Lions – Suh, Ndamukong, DT Nebraska
34. Detroit Lions – Davis, Anthony, OT Rutgers
66. Detroit Lions – Warren, Donovan, CB Michigan
97. Detroit Lions – Tate, Ben, RB Auburn
130. Detroit Lions – Rolle, Myron, S Florida State
162. Detroit Lions – Starks, James, RB Buffalo
194. Detroit Lions – Asante, Larry, S Nebraska
But anyway, I have to give ralphgoblue a credit for a homework. 7 rounds for all the teams:O Awesome! I remember my only mock (Lions only) took me like 2+ hours of head scratching. Still hard to say I like what I see starting from pick 97 and below. Do you really think we should beef up RB and S positions that hard?
Lions need RBs and Saftey help
K.Smith is probably going to miss atleast the 1st 10 games.and Tate and Starks would be a good 1-2. Rolle is more of a 2-3 yr down the road guy .Hoping he becomes a stud in 3 yrs.he needs to sit and get back into game shape for a yr. Asante can come in and add depth at safety and on coverage units.
I stopped reading after I saw...
Davis as our 2nd round pick. He’s terrible….
Had a poor showing at the combine. Do your homework.
Just livin' the dream...

Not his numbers...
but his demeanor, attitude, interview.
He didnt show up for his college day.
Strikes me as lazy and unmotivated. I’ll pass…
Just livin' the dream...
A few nitpicks
Why did we pick 2 safeties and no CB’s?
Why did we pick 2 RB’s and no WR’s?
Do you really think Tate will last the first 3 rounds?
Do you really think Asante will last the first 6 rounds?
