Did the lions send hargrove home?
Any word yet on what the Lions did with Anthony Hargrove? Did they meet, lose interest? Is he still in town negotiating. This looks like a great pick up to me. It really opens up a whole lot on field and draft situations. They could play him at end and still draft Suh/Mccoy. They could play him at DT and Draft a OL, (this would be great if they could move down.)
Anyway, for good or bad, I scan't seem to find out what, if anything, the Lions did????Any help anyone??

I am
not sure what has become of him,,but i don’t thinki we would get him very cheap. Probably at least a 3rd round and maybe more. I think it was a ploy from the FO
That's ALL the lions would give up....
IF their offer wasn’t matched.
But the thing to look at is the Lions 3rd pick is almost a 2nd…. I highly doubt that it happens.
Ya, Ya The third is what's tendered
Ya Ya the 3rd pick is what is tendered. But what happened…..this whole thing looks like it just dropped off the page. No one has reported if the guy even showed up.
Like I said, I am not sure I like the move or not, but with the Lions, when their is silence I start to worry.
rather have the 3rd round pick.
How do you keep a running back out of your secondary? You put up a LEVY.
The 3rd round pick would give New Orleans...
picks 64 and 66. Pretty much as good as 2 seconds.
Just give me 25 guys on the last year of their contracts; I'll win a pennant every year....Sparky Anderson
I am wondering about Pitts too...
Pitts was reported as saying if the Lions offer the " right price " he would not even go to vist the 49ers. I have not heard anything on Hargrove or Pitts even showing up yet.
Pitts is scheduled to come in
I read that Pitts is scheduled to come in around the time that the panther’s LB is coming to town.

I totally forgot Dorsey is still available
if we get him from the Chiefs for a 3rd or 4th… that opens up our #2 to Berry!!! or a trade down where Berry would still be available!!!!
Then a RB at our 2nd pick..
3rd CB.
this draft could straighten all of our weaknesses
GO LIONS in 2010! the transformation starts now.. they have much to do.
Dino
Where did you hear that Dorsey was on the shopping around list from KC? Fuck he could play DE for us or DT and then we could try and make a packaged deal say Avril or Hunter and a 4th round for Dorsey would be the sweetest deal ever for our FO. KVB, Williams, ????; Dorsey. I left the other DT tackle position open cause it could still be Kong or it could be 1 of our 2 yound DT’s that are currently on the roster.
How many lumps you want Doc?
I wanna keep the 3rd
So I hope Hargrove has left Detroit with nothing.

I honestly
think that the FO was just setting this up as a smoke screen to keep teams guessing what they are going to do on draft day so it increases our chances of trading down. Although I like Hargrove, I would never trade our 3rd for him
