Marlin Jackson not tendered by Colts

http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/tag/_/name/free-agency-2010

Jackson is coming off of knee injury but if he gets healthy again, he could be an absolute steal for the Lions.

The Colts have reportedly declined to offer restricted free-agent tenders to Marlin Jackson, Tim Jennings and Aaron Francisco. Jackson is the surprise. He tore up a knee for the second time in two years this season. But in time -- if his rehab goes well -- I’m certain someone will jump at him and could get a good player with a cheap incentive-laden contract. (from ESPN.com)
