Cuts (another poll)

I'm looking at the Lions roster on Yahoo! Sports, and it lists the salaries of most of the players, and I can't believe some of them. Since Grady Jackson and Philip Buchanon were cut primarily for salary reasons, who do you think could be other possible cuts in the near future? I'll include some players and their salaries as of 2009, which I would imagine make their 2010 salaries even higher.

Kalvin pearson, the Safety. Like I said, I don’t even remember if he is on the team, but he was listed on the roster on Yahoo.

I was all about McCoy if Suh was gone, but I might now be boarding the Berry bandwagon. McCoy is an upfield-penetrating type of tackle, much like Corey Williams. Plus, I can’t help but think of Glenn Dorsey. Anyways, today’s moves have definitely opened up the possibility of the #2 pick instead of it HAVING to be a DT.

Northcutt has to go..Its right in his name

I think Derrick Williams will endup with his job any how. But he aint worth no 2.1 mill at his age. He isn’t much of a return man anymore and that was always his strong point.

I wish I could of selected several guys,

Aside from Bryant Johnson I’d also ditch Dizon, Northcut, and Pearson. Dizon hasn’t panned out imo and Pearson and BJ just fuckin suck. The level of their shittiness is immense and I can’t believe we are even paying those bums. Get them the fuck out of here and don’t let the door hit them in the ass on the way out!!!!!!

I like Johnson as a three

He has served that role for a long time in Arizona. He knows how to play it pretty well. Plus, we don’t have a good slot receiver anyways, and I wouldn’t want to spend a pick on one either
