Schefter Doesn't Expect Suh Deal on Saturday

Adam_Schefter Some first-round deals likely to get done Saturday: DT Gerald McCoy and the Bucs, CB Kyle Wilson and the Jets.

To me, this would indicate that we shouldn't get our hopes too, too high that Suh will be signing that soon. I have to say, I am slightly disappointed that Suh hasn't made more of an effort to get to camp on time. This rookie holdout thing is a bunch of baloney. I love me some Suh, don't get me wrong. I am just frustrated.

That's a really strange interpretation of the tweet.

It’s more likely that he hasn’t heard anything one way or the other. He was reporting on the deals he’d heard info on. After all, his next tweet is on the unlikelihood of Spiller signing on time. Absolutely no mention of Suh anywhere. You’re making it about us when it isn’t. Don’t be such a negative nellie.

Being that Suh is a bigger newsmaker

I’d imagine he would’ve mentioned him if he thought it would happen. I didn’t say it definitely won’t….I said Schefter doesn’t expect it. And it’s clear from what’s been saying on Twitter that he’s not seeing much progress.
