This worries me a little
Would Levy be practicing if Dizon was not injured this weekend? Something tells me no. The lions have been patient bringing their players back from injury and I hope he truly is ready to practice but the timing here seems a bit coincidental and I do not believe in coincidence.
Lions fans deserve better than being the laughing stock of the NFL. Lets all hope they are heading in the right direction finally.
+1 this was my immediate thought as well
we still have 3 preseason games, the last thing I want to do is see him go down for an extended period of time. That said, Sean only said he returned to practice, not necessarily full-contact padded practice but he is at least back going through drills… I’m hoping he is healthy enough for that, but not being rushed into game shape.

Hope Levy is on time table and this isn't forced
I think we all agree though we need Deandre in the lineup that was quite obvious last weekend.

the talent level definitely dropped after the starters were out. . .
especially at linebacker and corner
DeAndre Levy
I really hope that that aren’t rushing his recovery, the last thing we need at middle linebacker now is another injury.

the morning 7 on 7 drills
Defense: Follett, Levy, and JP. With Houston, King, CC Brown, and Delmas( Phillips missed the morning drills)
It is good that Levy and Delmas are in with the first team. Phillips will be back in the afternoon practice.

thanks for the update
any chance delmas will go back to back? I would imagine Levy will be held out, but that is just a guess.

I think so. No word that they would be taken out
If they practice in the morning then as long as there were no lingering effects from their injuries. They should be a go in the afternoon. And Phillips should replace Brown with the first team.
