Lions Announce Starting Lineup For Tonight's Game

The Lions' starting lineup page originally had Louis Delmas in the starting lineup at safety, but that has since been updated with Randy Phillips starting in his place. It also originally had Jonathan Wade starting at cornerback, but he has been replaced by Dre Bly.

One thing that hasn't been changed (at least not yet) is DeAndre Levy's inclusion as the starter at middle linebacker. He seemed much more likely to start than Delmas, so it's not too surprising that he will apparently be on the field tonight with the first-team defense.

On offense, there isn't anything too noteworthy about the starting lineup. Really the only thing that stuck out to me is that Kevin Smith and Brandon Pettigrew aren't starters, but then again, even if they play it wasn't expected for them to get the nod over Jahvid Best and Tony Scheffler.
