Former Broncos lineman Tyler Polumbus on Wednesday was claimed off waivers by Detroit. Polumbus, an offensive tackle, on Tuesday was waived by the Broncos. He was an eight-game starter in Denver last season at right tackle in place of the injured Ryan Harris. No word yet on who was released to make room for Polumbus, but man, it sure doesn't seem like the Lions are content with the depth at tackle right now. UPDATE: Trevor Canfield was placed on the waived/injured list to make room for Polumbus.
