Please don't take this as me tooting my own horn, but I was pretty shocked to be casually reading through Kevin Seifert's NFC Blog on ESPN.com and find this...

I was pretty excited to see that the national media guys read our stuff and it makes me wonder who else is sneaking around on Pride of Detroit (I know it's you, Martin Mayhew). Just thought this was worth sharing.

this is what I believe

the drop-off rom stafford to hill should not be that dramatic if hill is as advertized …a veteren quarterback that should be starting somewhere …so here is your chance …prove you belong we still have our stars and key players .

two things I see ….at the end of the half , if we don’t get greedy and just take a knee to run out the clock , staffords injury never happens……..

why the conserative play calling ? calvin johnson doesn’t get a catch until the end of the third quarter ? runiing the same run play on 1st and 2nd down ? checking down to third receivers every time ? chicago isn’t that good….

I see these as rookie head coach mistakes , even with two former head coaches on the sidelines ………what gives ??? let loose the offense for gods sake and do what it takes to win the game…did anyone else see this and wonder why ??

our offense ...

didn’t get crap for yards , and only 20 yards rushing …REALLY ?? …so that didn’t work why the same plays for zero yards over and over …all I’m saying is , why didn’t we ajust the game plan ? the last 2 min. of the game was excellent , …….lets do that and where was those plays all game long
