I think most of us here can agree that we like Matthew Stafford. We have seen the Leadership. We have seen the Great Arm. We have seen the Toughness. We have even seen the Intangibles at times. But there is something missing, and it's HIM, In the Game.
I'm not saying the Stafford is Injury Prone, but he is not Un-Lucky either. HE IS FLABBY! Just google Image search him, there are tons of pictures of Stafford with his shirt off (no-homo). And Matthew does not look like a 41-68 million dollar Athlete.
You wanna protect that Golden Arm? Matthew needs to Tone his Shoulders, Upper Body, and Core Muscles. The best way for him to prevent that Serious Injury to his Shoulder that we are all scared of. (or any injury for that matter) Is to Strengthen the Muscles around the Joint and ligaments.
Stafford is 6'3" and 230 LBs. I don't want the kid to Bulk up and get Huge. But I think if he wants to Pro-Long his career and really help this team on it's Ascent To Glory. He Needs to get in the Weight Room and loose the Baby Fat. Time to Man Up Stafford.
