My name is Jerry Mallory and will be hosting the podcast. Every Tuesday we will get a podcast recapping the last game and Friday (or Wednesday for Thanksgiving Day week) we will preview the next game. Included in these podcasts will be news, views, predictions, fan interactions and much more. Some of you have wondered who I am and what’s my affiliation with POD so here are a few things about me.

 Im 25 years old and live in Detroit, MI. I am a DIEHARD Lions fan and have been watching faithfully (not missing one game) for over 15 years. I have been a viewer of POD for a while now although I didn’t get a chance to participate as much on the forum due to me often viewing the site from work where there were restrictions. I also had the pleasure of going to the Lions Draft Party this year and made my way on the sports section of the Detroit News. Here is a link of some of the pictures they took of me. The first picture actually made it in the paper!:

Being a huge fan like everyone on here I am anxious to include everyone here at the POD Family for the podcasts. A listener call in line will be implemented soon. Also your emails (prideofdetroitpodcast@yahoo.com), posts on here, and messages on Twitter and Facebook will be used. Get ready to play a big part in the show and be heard. So spread the word! Ill be starting another thread soon to get game predictions for the Eagles vs. Lions game as I want to include those on the next show which will air Friday morning. Feel free to post those predictions on this thread (include full score and top QB, RB, and WR stats for each team) or the thread to be created soon.
