Via facebook., Toone announced about 20 minutes ago that he has signed with the Lions to be on the practice squad.....

I was really hoping that the "Practive" squad was some new loophole Mayhew found.
Practive Squad: Players on the Practive Squad, can practice with the team, and are Active on Game Days, But do not count toward the 53 man roster.
I thought Martin had “Mayhewed” Roger Goodell for a minute.
