Four Lions Players Listed On Initial Injury Report

The following four players are on the Lions' initial injury report:

LB DeAndre Levy (Groin)

CB Jonathan Wade (Finger)

S C.C. Brown (Forearm)

S Louis Delmas (Groin)

Both Levy and Delmas missed practice on Wednesday, so whether or not they will play on Sunday is definitely up in the air. I'm not sure where Wade and Brown are at injury-wise, but I'd imagine Wade will play since his injury is only a broken finger.

We will find out what each player's status is for Sunday later in the week.

My computer was on the P.U.P. list.

Was at the shop for a cleansing for the last three days. Must have been infected with a bug from some crappy website I viewed. Took me forever to get caught up with the news and comments. I’ll forgo passing on my thoughts on what has happened. Miss practice for a few days and I’m relegated to riding the pines. Glad my team mates here stepped up to cover my ass and get me back up to speed with the current events. Nice job, gang.

I would bet if Levy is a no go on Sunday

Landon will start in his place. And I read that Berry is turning heads in practice.

Defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham on CB Aaron Berry: "He is one explosive player. We got lucky (to sign him). The difference between him and other guys is that while he was injured, it was always football only. He never missed a beat. I was amazed

So if Wade can go I expect to see Berry getting some playing time.

agreed. . .

Landon has enough starts and quality playing time to cover the MLB spot. . .Berry is going to be solid in the nickel packages

I don't think we'll see Levy out there

Jonathan Wade

I think he starts this Sunday, but if not I have faith that Aaron Berry can hold down his spot without much of a drop-off.
