I'd like to solicit some help here. Does anyone know where to find up-to-date salary cap information. I want to know how much we should have to work with for free agency.

I don't have an account at mbd.scout but I know they have a salary cap forum.

I also looked at the salary info at NetRat. Does anyone know if thier $22 million of "current cap space available" is accurate?

When scrolling through the 2010 salary spreadsheet, a quick cursory look (it's not up to date of course) seems like in addition to saving money by letting JP and Bryant Johnson go (close to 10mil); when you take into account the bonuses, we should have some more money for 2011 (not sure how much though - I saw at about 3 million less then there will be in 2011 by just looking at the big contracts of Stafford, Burleson, Backus...)
