I have been a proponent of signing this guy to play guard in the Big D for the bulk of this season and after watching him play after his hold out I think he is a player our Platinum Brass should be looking at for a FA acquisition. The guy is a gamer not to mention a pro bowler and it looks like the situation in NE is not really promising for his future.
I know guard is not our biggest need on the O line but he is one of those players worth reaching out too imho.
Now if the Owners and Players can find a way to split that 10 billion dollar pie their are squabbling about and get the new CBA done, perhaps we could make a move for players like him.
