I am going to take Green bay with the points and the over. I can easily see the Pack blitzing mercilessly until Vick is dead along with his backup. Philly's line has not impressed me these last couple games and Vick has been beaten on as a result of it. If GB can get to Vick early, he will get happy feet and lose a ton of accuracy.
