Went back to check his use at Boise in the run game and found that over his 4 year career, he had 47 touches classified as run plays. In those 47 touches he went for 360 yards, averaging 7.65 yards per carry. His passing yards were over 1000 yards his Jr and Sr years, we dont know how much of that yardage came from out of the backfield or from strictly recvr sets? We didnt see Boise st much in my area so cant really say whether his utility in the run game is real or imagined, maybe someone from that program can weigh in.
Does Great Hands Titus, have potential for the Lions as a dual purpose player? Could he be integrated with Best as part of two headed monster backfield? Titus and Best are similar, both Explosive play, players. might the Lions coordinators figure out ways besides reverses, to use his skills? Titus has major skills that is obvious, can those skills be compounded reliably?
If so that would be something.
