The conservitive offense that looked lack luster with no hustle. Like a Win was expected by them. The Defense did what they could to keep us in the game. Matthew wasn't the only one that deserved all the blame. Though some seem to think so, The offensive line was garbage the play calling on offense was terrible. Why did we have the ball with a minute left and nut run Titus and CJ deep? Why wasn't Calvin targeted more anyways. Pettigrew was covered good all day why didn't we take advantage of that and use Heller more? Oh the questions but we are still 5-1 can't complain about that.

   As I watch the beautiful Faith Hill on SNF I am think what else happened. We learned a few lessons. As much as I love the Schwartz and his fire I think we can all agree that he wouldn't have reacted unprovoked but he probably did over react that I am sure of. We learned Jason Hanson is human after all. We also learned this young team still has plent of growth to do. Hopefully this loss will humble them and get them back to where they need to be vs Atlanta. I think we learned while winning is great we can't win them all we just have to try to. We also learned who Anthony Davis is because he is a nobody in the NFL no one was aware of him. Turns out he's a Douche Bag who Cliff Avril will see again probably sooner than Davis would like. And finally we learned that it is only a game. With the death of IRL driver Dan Wheldon it put into perspective that losing one simple football game, Having an agrument afterwards and One fat offensive lineman running his mouth. Means nothing when a man loses his life, A wife and Daughter are left behind because one man loved the sport that he worked so hard for.

  Things are still on the up in Detroit, Tigers had a great season even though it was shorter than hoped. The Wings are playing well and Hudler looks happy again. The Lions are 5-1 and working hard. We will do this the Schwartz way, Put this loss behind us and get ready for Atlanta. You can undo what happened, you must learn from your mistakes and improve. Pointing fingers and and bashing others does nothing. The Lions are suppose to be the classy hard working team or atleast work hard to be so. The Fans should to, I'm proud of what we are and where we have come from. One Loss to a good team cannot and will not change that. GO LIONS
