In Schwartz's Defense

I'm reading all of the reactions today and I saw the footage posted online; I have a few quick thoughts.

First of all I get that no matter what the case, Schwartz needed to uphold his professionalism to set a good example for his team.  Now that I've said my peace, I don't get why everyone is attacking him and calling him a lunatic...

The first time that I saw Harbaugh skipping off the sidelines like a little girl on a jump rope was annoying enough but that display when they shook hands was about as classless as you can get.  He basically went right up to him and rubbed it into his face.  He should have kept the smile on his face and walked up and shook his hand gracefully; nobody said they had to be friends.  I get the fact that it was emotional for him and he's ridding high right now because his team is 5-1 but just wait until reality sets in.  The 49er's are OK.... they have a good defense and they took full advantage of a high powered offense that just didn't come out to play.

I think in a way we needed a loss like this so we can realize that we can't show up and expect to win by playing half ass football and it helps regain our perspective.

All I can say that this little incident yesterday may have been the spark to a brand new rivalry in the NFL... call me crazy but its not impossible to see their candy ass's again... in the playoffs.
