If you saw Ravens jets last night you saw a near flawless Defensive performance...The pressure the ravens put on jets was as good as it can be done...
a prediction The Lions and the ravens will meet somewhere down the line so as Lions fans try to watch them and see for yourself why these teams are trending together......for a showdown.
When the Lions added Tulluck they became Ravens 2....no other teams are as strong front to back as the revens and Lions, the difference right now is the Age & experience, Lions are a just younger and still developing while the Ravens combinations are totally oiled for perfect performance....
Hope Gunther watches a replay of Ravens Jets, because he'll get some ideas as to how to better use our front four in creating continuous pressure. We have not seen the Lions extrapolated yet, and wont until Fairley is added to the mix and fully integrated, as experience dictates....The Lions and the Ravens are setting the standards as counterprogramming the NFL trend as a game between shootout QB's....
Lions and Ravens are simply not buying it, that is too play defense at the level of the opponent, is acceptable because scoring is all that matters. Each teams offense is unique with thier respective talens being quite different in construction, each is very effective in thier own right.
The point of this post is as a prediction about season end....these two defenses are so strong front to back, that any meeting between them will shake the NFL pundits up....as both teams counterprogram the pass happy tit for tat scoring that us purists find offensive.
