Here is the list of inactives for today's game between the Detroit Lions and Denver Broncos:

The fact that Stanton is inactive for the Lions means they must be confident in Matthew Stafford being able to play the entire game. If they were concerned Stafford would get hurt again, chances are Stanton would be active. Considering Shaun Hill is the only other quarterback dressed today with Stanton out, Stafford definitely seems good to go for the Lions.
The other thing that stands out about Sunday's inactives is that Fairley is out. He appeared to reinjure his foot last week against the Atlanta Falcons, and after missing practice this week he is once again on the inactives list.
