I have the Lions beating The Bears on the road, Carolina at home, Minnesota at home, San Diego at home, and Green Bay in the last game of the year - on the road - because it'll be a meaningless game for the Packers.

So that's 11 - 5 peeps !    10 - 6 or 11 - 5 - that's how I see it.

Actually I care more about how they perform in the Thanksgiving Day game, and the road games in New Orleans and Oakland.  This upcoming game against the Bears will tell us a lot too.

However, they have a 2 game lead on all wild card contenders right now - which means a lot.

They still look a little young and inconsistent to challenge the Packers - or to see them going very far in the playoffs.

Compared to the absolute irrelevance of the Lions the last decade - I'll take it !
