Listed from 1 to 5 are my top 5 most Hated/Rivalry teams in the NFL. And I will explain my reasoning for such.
What are yours? Comment.1. Washington Redskins - Why not? 0-3 Versus them in the playoffs, they always gave us trouble. They are my most hated team in the NFL because if it weren't for that dismantle in the NFC Championship you would've loved that Super Bowl matchup to the eventual 0-4 in a Super Bowl; Buffalo Bills. Note: Stafford and company are 2-0 vs. Washington in the Jim Schwartz era, so that satisfies me a bit. Too bad we don't have them in 2011.
2. Chicago Bears - NFC North Rivalry right here, and a nasty one. Theres just something about the Bears which irk me. The Calvin Johnson TD/no-catch in Week 1 of the 2010 season doesn't simmer my hate down one bit.
3. New York Jets - This is a new decade hatred/rivalry just because of Rex Ryan and Mark Sanchez (Who I think is very overrated.) Note: To my knowledge up until Stafford got injured is 1-0 vs. Sanchez, in which that game he clearly outplayed him, straight up.
4. Green Bay Packers - Not really a "Hated" team for me but an immense "Rivalry". Closer or much more significant than the Bears just because they gave us problems in the playoffs. 0-2 vs. the Pack alas w/ Favre of course. Note: Brett was 18-0 vs. Detroit at Lambeau Field, ugh. Bring on Rodgers!
5. Cleveland Browns - As if it were a Ohio St. vs Michigan Rivalry. (But I'm a Mich St. fan) Detroit is 3-1 vs. Cleveland in the playoffs; respectively in the NFL Championship I should say. So pretty good Rivalry right there regardless. Note: Who didn't love Staffords heroics in that classic game vs. the Browns his rookie season? Browns fans got to be heated lol
